Cleaning out my email box
Here’s an entry I’ve posted on 43things about Cleaning out my email box
Best way i’ve found to do it:
- Going to use it?
- no ? TRASH
- yes ? Read ? Folder Archive
- Someday/Maybe ? Automatic filter to a folder (Mailing lists and so)
On top of this I do some season cleaning if I dont read it for more than 3 to 6 months. Hope this helps someone :)
P.S.: Afraid of the trash? Trash it then empty it!!!
